Star Rebates Jonathon Drummond, offer rebate, collect your fee , then never hear from them again Seattle, Washington

Star rebates offer a customer loyalty program for grocery store.  Buy $100.00 minimum per month and complete online forms mail receipts by 5th ogf following month to collect a $20.00 Visa gift card after verification.  

I completed all requirements sent them a small fee enrolled in the program and have completed each form as per directions since march 2011.  My first three rebates show they have been accept and verified.  They even list a code to use to activate the Visa Gift Cards.  My June rebate show it was accepted.  My first three rebates became verified on July 4th 2011, after I contacted the AG of Washington State and British Columbia.  (The company is NOT a US company it is out of Canada).  I got an e-mail from a Johnathon drummond informing me of this.  They are supposed to pay before 30 days after verification.  I have received NOTHING from them.  I suspect fraud and will join any classaction law suit against this company. 

The owner is also involved in a travel company out of San Diego.
