Sunnova does not recognize other energy calculations except theirs. Installation was April 2015. In checking the usage, by the installer, I am getting less than 19%. Sometimes below 10%. Resolution of this is to simply move the solar panels on the same roof. Sunnova's representve, Ignacio Hereia has several times, made it adamantly clear that the panels can not be moved, even though I would then receive full benefit. Sunnova claims I receive 91% usage. The installer, PG&E, and a competitor all come up with 9 to 19% productivity as the unit is set up. However Sunnova's Ignacio Hereia is willing to allow me to add additional panels, and he would be glad to finance them. No thank you. Additionally according to Ignacio Hereia, I can notpay the system off prior to April 7, 2020.
Sunnova's customer service is non-existent. Mr. Ignacio Hereia has made it very clear they hold the contract, and no where does it say they have to give any kind of customer service or aid to the consumer. Sunnova's, and Ignacio Hereia's only job is to collect the money, without full benefit of of service. Infractions, difficulties, are the consumers problem. The consumer will pay Sunnova regardless.
