Superior Tech Help Acts like they are "Microsoft Certified" Glendale California

 I was having a problem with my webcam on a notebook that i just bought two weeks ago. I used at driver update service that said it was free, but once you have found the issue it says that you have to call them and they will walk you through it. They then accessed my computer remotly (really scary!) and began running scans and "cleaning the pc".

Then he said something about needing a "microsoft certified" tech, so they "transfered the call" which is someone in the same company who then signs you up for a program that is 299.99 for one year! The tech proceeded to "scan and fix my pc" and started downloading random webcam files from google! After four hours they preceeded to tell me that they couldnt fix it!

After telling me that they couldnt fix the issue, which is against the 100% fix promise that they say they uphold, they told me to contact the hardware company for the notebook and that they would fix the issue. All while i still am 299.99 dollars gone and nothing to show for it but a computer that now runs even slower and its a brand new laptop!
