They called me 4 to 5 times a day, between 8 to 5, mon to fri, except for the very last time which was on a Saturday. I pleaded with them to stop. My husband is dying from cancer, I'm disabled. Mysteriously, I had 2 credit cards hacked while they relentlessly called over a 3 month period "to service my account", which was non-existant. It started in July of 2013 when they pretended to be my real Geek Squad, then they tricked me into giving them a credit card number when I had already told them I had a geek squad already for less than one third of what they wanted, like $300 or more, and I felt like an idiot that I actually gave them not only remote access when they said they were my real geek squad, but like a "bad cop/bad cop", i screwed up giving them the credit card number. I called my credit card company and confessed to my mistake, and my credit card company was not only sympathetic, they were totally on my side. Apparently they did refund the money to my credit card company, but a few months later, all the phone harassment started. I called the phone company, the phone company told me to file a police report. 2 or 3 days later, I filed a report with the sheriff, and wouldn't you know it, these bastards called while the deputy was standing next to me. The deputy gave me the alleged location they were calling from,(Phoenix,AZ), plus the number for the corporate office in Maine. I immediately called the corporate office in Maine, they confirmed that there was no account and that they had refunded the money in July, 2013, and that the guys in Phoenix were "impersonating" them. Yeah, rite. The moment I got off the phone with the corporate office, the Phoenix office called again. This guy said his name was Sam. I told him that his corporate office said there was NO ACCOUNT, and therefore, no reason for them to keep calling me. You know what "Sam" said? Sam says, "I DON'T CARE"..i call phone harassment, 4+ calls a day, Mon to Fri, 8AM to 5PM organized crime. These people are totally soul-less. They also left some messages on my answering machine that I've saved for months. During the same time they were calling me, I was getting other calls from other numbers on both my land line and cell phone. These assholes were taking pleasure in making me and my sick husband totally miserable, and they keep getting awy with it. The calls have stopped since a day or so after the police report was filed, but I'm still antsy to answer the phone without checking caller ID. And I know in my heart that these guys are the ones who hacked my credit cards. My credit card company said there were attempts to use my credit card into from Mexico, United Kingdom. If Superior Tech Support put one tenth of the energy they used to hurt me into working an honest job, they'd be richer than Obama.
