Supra Telecom Still Has Not Fixed Bad Telephone Line Service Rep lied numerous times, problem was never resolved AFTER SIX (6) MONTHS, Coral Gables Florida

Back in September, my phone line suddenly had incredible static and frequent outages. I also used the same line for internet connections, and my dial-up speed dropped from 48kbs to 24kbs. It never exceeded 24kbs again until I moved out of the house and have never used Supra Telecom again. I called them numerous times to request service.

The static could be heard on the phone line. Their technicians and BELLSOUTH TECHNICIANS (which Supra Telecom also uses) would come by and check the telephone line with the Electrical Tester (these are sold at RADIO SHACK for $4.99) and they would say "THE TELEPHONE LINE HAS AN ELECTRICAL CHARGE." and then they would run to their vans before the coffee and donuts got cold and speed away with a donut in hand.

After I filed a complaint with the PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (I have filed three so far, and the PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION has not contacted me in the four months since the first complaint), a Supra Telecom rep contacted me to ask why I had filed a complaint.

Keep in mind, that none of the Supra Telecom employees ever had reviewed any notes regarding my account, so they had to be given a blow-by-blow explanation every time they called. This rep, Faustino, claimed he would get right on the problem. A few days before Christmas, 2003; Faustino called and said that the problem had been pin-pointed in some kind of software glitch at their main headquarters. It is now the middle of February, and the glitch has still not been resolved.

Faustino does not respond to e-mails or telephone calls, and no one at Supra Telecom knows anything about anything, and nobody returns any telephone calls either. Supra Telecom must be based on a SOVIET CUSTOMER SERVICE PLAN. Either that or Ethiopian Bell.

I cannot imagine on what 4th world nation the Owners of Supra Telecom were hatched that they could commit this kind of fraud on the public. Sadly, thanks to the well-greased PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, nothing ever gets done. Supra Telecom is what Miami is all about. CORRUPTION. BAD SERVICE. FRAUD. INDIFFERENCE of THE LAW. WHITE COLLAR CRIME. Supra Telecom is MIAMI.
