Sweepstakes Clearing House Cuisinart Cookware and Dell Desktop Computer Dallas Texas

On 9/9/14, I ordered two items fro the Sweepstakes Clearing House.  I assumed they were PCH and therefore legit.  I ordered a Cuisinart Cookware set for $89.95. Shipping was not mentioned and the coupon said you only pay $89.95 with the coupon valued at $400.00.  I also order, under the same conditions, a desktop computer, with a $400.00 coupon and the total was $279.95. In the last week I have received two packages, on different days, from UPS with a COD on the cookware of $44.00 and on the computer, $88.00.  I refused to take them and said they were to be returned.  I assumed I would just request my money back when, after investigating, I have no address or phone number or email in which I can contact them.  I still hope there is a way to get my money back since my husband and I are both retired and cannot afford to spend money for a scam.
