T-Mobile offers the most unreliable service and worst customer ever! This is the worst Cellular phone company we've EVER had. I believe they make their money off of people who- naturally- want to end their contract, due to the poor service and then must pay 2 to $400 just to end the contract. We get more dropped calls- more 'emergency call only'.. calls going directly into voice mailbox that you could believe. We are NOT and never have gotten from t-mobile what we are paying for.

I would advise anyone NOT to use t-mobile. They are a lying, cheating total rip-off company.
