TechonDigital Camera Sales that Never Actually Ship the Product Internet

These guys seem very suspicious. I ordered a camcorder because I found them to have it listed at a very low price at a product comparative website -- everyprice.com.

I phoned in my order and was told by the sales person that it was in stock. This was after a lot of very, very strong attempts to sell me other products that I didn't need. I needed the camera in about 3 days for an event, told the sales person so, and paid for the 2 day shipping.

When it did not arrive on the day promised I called them back looking for information. I spoke to the most unhelpful and rude customer service person I've ever encountered. He told me the product wasn't in stock -- had not been in stock when I ordered it. I asked if and when they were going to notify me of this and he said, "Look I don't have it. What do you want me to do. It's out of stock. That's life."

I'm concerned that I gave my credit card info. to these guys at this point. I'm not convinced that they actually do sell cameras and I'm baffled at how they have received good feedback at everyprice.com.
