Techondigital High pressure upsale and put my item on back order while still having it in stock Brooklyn, New York Internet

When I called to confirm my order I got a sales person that wanted to scare me into purchasing more, telling me the unit was a "gray market" item.

When I informed the sales person that I wanted exactly what I'd paid for, and wasn't going to be scared into an up-sale, he hung up the phone on me!

My order was then put on "backorder" and I was informed it wouldn't be available for 3 to 4 weeks. I doubt the item was on backorder because it was still being offered for sale at their website.

The sales people at this company are very deceitful, rude, and a waste of time. I'm going to see if any agency in New York regulates them and if at all possible file a grievance against them
