Telecheck LIED, SAID MY CHECK BOUNCED AND TOOK $5000 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT- AND REFUSES TO CREDIT IT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT Houston Texas

ON 1-07-08 My bank account was charged $4922.00 by a merchant I bought a hot tub from. On 1-11-08, I got a call from Jim Brown of Telecheck claiming my check bounced and demanding payment. Thus I authorized him to debit my account in the amount of $4952.00 which included a $30.00 NSF fee.

The next day I checked my bank account only to find, the check had not bounced and had cleared my bank six days prior toTelecheck calling me demanding payment on a NSF Check. That day, I promptly called Telecheck. After being tossed around to four different phone numbers, I made contact with Michael Pittman who was supposed to be able to credit back my account.
His number is 1-800-927-0599 ext 7324. I gave him my reference number of :
03073540324822. He claimed he could not access my account because someelse had froze my account but he would call me back. He asked for proof of payment which I immediately faxed to him three times. Later that day on 1-18-08, he called back stating he had put in the request for a credit to my account.

Today is January, 24 2008 and my account has not been credited back a penny. Telecheck has held $4952.00 of my money since 1/11/08 but most importantly, Telecheck knew the check had cleared and intentionally holds up ones money. Their actions has caused my bank account to overdraw, incur many real NSF charges because they stole $4,952.00 by misrepresenting the truth. This fraudlent manipulation of private funds is illegal and Telecheck has still NOT put the funds back in my account. It takes 2-3 days at the most to credit a bank account.

I will never do business with a merchant that uses Telecheck again. I WANT MY $5 GRAND BACK TELECHECK AND I WANT IT DONE NOW OR I AM GOING TO THE STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE IN TEXAS TO HAVE THEM INVESTIGATE YOUR COMPANY FOR FRAUDULENT SCHEMING AMERICAN COMPANIES OUT OF MONEY!
