Telecheck Services, Inc. Tried to rip off a 75-year-old woman. Houston Texas

 My name is Lois. I received a letter from Telecheck Services, Inc., and they claimed that a check I had written had been declined. I contacted my bank, and they told me that the check in question had gone through, that it had cleared the bank. The check was "only" for $33, but that is not the point. The point is that yet another big company is trying to rip off people, especially the elderly, and get away with it.  They should be ashamed. What  I want from them is an apology; a sincere apology. But, what I want, and what  I actually get, will be two different things. Big companies like them seem to have no conscience. That's how they get rich: by taking advantage of people. By ripping them off, they line their pockets with even more money that they don't earn honestly. I am 75 years old, and have never written a bad check. Never.
