The Cleaning Authority Corporately will not be responsible for the actions of their franchisees.

Be aware!

Corporate advised me today that the San Antonio franchise location was closed several months ago.

I have attempted to get the key to my property returned. Calls are unanswered as are the emails.

I will have to change the locks since Corporate says they have no contact and are not responsible for the key. They will not accept responsibility for the cost to change the locks!

They do not list a corporate physical address anywhere on their web site nor can you email them. All you can do is call and be put on hold each and every time for 15 min or more!

Don't get cleaned by The Cleaning Authority unless you have something to protect you!!

Dont Blame All

AUTHOR: ton ton - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 20, 2012

I am an ex employee of the franachise "The Cleaning Authority" I worked for the on that is located on Davis blvd in Hurst Tx. We serviced Hurts Euless Bedford and upward into South Lake. Every piece is owned by different individuals. You cant blame what that one area company did. When you say dont use them, that means the one you used. The guy I worked for which I will proudly say his name as David was very organized. He treated his empyees fairly and as well as his customers. He had a very strict way of cleaning and it was up to my standards ( a neat freak).

When I first started with David about  years ago he was just in Colleyville. I quit for a couple years and went back to work for him. At that time he had expanded his shop and the area all the way up to Hurst. His business was growing big time. I can guarrentee you that it is because he takes his business and reputation seriously. So just because you had a piece of the Authority that didnt take things seriously and apparently went under doesnt mean they all are. And as for the keys to the house. He kept them locked up in a cabinet with  just #s on them so only he new the code. When a team went out there was one person in charge of clocking the employees in and out and picking up the checks at the house. They had to sign out for these keys and sign them back in or there was hell to pay! He is a very good guy and i recommend his service to anyone! So they are not all the same. Soryy all that happened though. Thats pretty scary. Im sure the main corporate office wont have anything to do with it because David bought his piece to carry the name and use the chemicals only. The way he does business has nothing to do with the corporate office. :)
