The Cleaning Authority rips off workers! In 3 months 7 people quit! Rip-off! Westford Massachusetts

Each and every claim made by this former employee is false. Let's take them one at a time:
1. We pay people minimum wage per hour they clean. Then, for each day of good attendance they receive an attendance bonus. Their bonus is less with each day they are out or late. This is fully explained during the interview.

2. I never yelled at anyone. Never. I needed an address to mail his last check too and he would not provide it. He eventually provided it. I need this information for tax reporting purposes. Its the law. All of our employees receive an employee manual which states all final checks are mailed. Every employee signs for receipt of this manual.

3. We pay 28 cents/mile. Most cleaning companies pay less or nothing at all. We tell everyone this during their interview and it's written on their application as well.

4. Co-workers had reported that Izzy had materials in his car. This is why we inspected it before he left.

5. We have several employees that have been with us almost since we opened our doors. They're happy. We treat them fairly and with respect.
