The Puppy Shoppe EDISON PUPPY SHOPPE: OWNERS Barbara & Mark Dyevoich ARE SCAMMERS!! Edison New Jersey

My boyfriend and I purchased a puppy from "The Puppy Shoppe" around thanksgiving, about 2-3 weeks after they just opened. Off the bat it seems like every other store, little pups with sadend faces looking for a great home. As soon as you meet mark he tells you he will not sell his dogs to just anyone. You must meet his standards.

We played with a sweet little chihuahua who we were going to buy for breeding. Lets just say our sweet little ricki turned into a not so small chihuahua, infact a LARGE TERRIER of some sort. Thats beside the point. 1 day after buying him he started getting flu like symptoms. We called the puppy shoppe and they said take him to our vet. Needless to say that while we are at the vet(WHO IS WONDERFUL!!) We met 3-4 other familys who got there pups from the puppy shoppe and they were all sick too!( we went to the vet every week straight for a month and everytime there was someone there from the puppy shoppe)

Ricki spent 48 hours in the Vet ER because he wasnt fit for sale. While he did pay for our vet bills(complaining the whole time) saying that we were not within our 2 week period(WHEN RICKI WAS SICK FOR ABOUT A MONTH after we got him). Than came to the issue of ricki really being a chiahuahu. I have spoken with Barb and Mark often about this. The still are no help to me at all. They say they have no way of knowing the breeder. and they give me the number of a kennel and they cant help at all, they refer me back to the puppy shoppe(SOMETHING IS GOING ON HERE!!!)

As I mentioned before I baught ricki not only as a pet but for breeding 1 litter. Now I have these puppies in my home who I cannot sell because they are not purebreed Chihuahua's but some kind of mix. When I ask for help they say,"We dont sell our dogs for breeding" WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT NIGHT WE BAUGHT POOR RICKI! I hope someone will stop these fools and get them off the market. all they are doing is trying to make a quick buck off these poor dogs. If I could I would shut them down myself. But I cannot do it alone.
