The Puppy Shoppe, owners Barbara & Mark Dyevoich, Sold To Me Very Sick Puppy, are not complying with the "NJ Pet Purchase Protection Act" Edison New Jersey

The Puppy Shoppe is selling sick puppies and has not complied with the "NJ Pet Purchase Protection Act." The puppy I purchased has severe pneumonia and may not recover. My vet said they have seen "too many sick puppies coming in from The Puppy Shoppe." I fowarded the "Not Fit For Sale" and vet bills within the time limit the law provides and The Puppy Shoppe has not complied. I then filed with the BBB and Consumer Affairs (both pending).

I informed the Edison Health Department and the legislative offices for my district. I have also been in touch with The Puppy Shoppe via telephone and spoke with Barbara Dyevoich. Ms. Dyevoich is very defensive. As of this writing, The Puppy Shoppe is still selling puppies. There is something very wrong going on and these innocent animals are suffering and paying a price because of human greed. Please contact the authorities and help the helpless puppies. We need to put an end to places like The Puppy Shoppe.
