Sent them back faulty GE-Thomson dect phone.Three months no reply.Finally got through to find out what happens.
They can't replace it and will mail me a check for purchase price in 6 weeks So it will be 18 weeks totally and no phone + I paid return through fedex myself + for shipment from a store.

Can see a lot of complains on their product exchange center in El Paso, TX

Isn't it a time for a class action?

RCA Thomson INC Like others,I should have checked out the product on line for complaints,before buying.I didn't have the Rca television 6 months,called cable co make sure wasnt the problem,it was the TV itself called company,they wanted 137.00$ just to exchange they send letter with fed paper with mark send backonce received¬ damaged we'll send exchange0$ not mentioned Now they want to send back not fixed Marietta Georgia

Thomson Inc Product Exchange Center I sent them my RCA 5 CD player which was listed on the book that came with it I insured it sent reciept every thing i was told to do. now they told me they no longer work for RCA and they just distroy things when they come there i have lost the cd player and i left 5 cd's on there by mistake i never would think a company like RCA would rip me off Socorro Texas

Rca/thomson Inc PURCHASE A RCA SCENIUM 50 DLP (HD50LPW175) IN JULY 2006 PAID 1500 FOR TV. BACK IN OCTOBER 2007 BALLAST WENT OUT, REPLACED$400.00 TO GET FIXED.
