Thomson INC Second report,RCA is a rip off Marietta Georgia

I had filed a report on RCA T,v before ,a couple of months ago,after hashing out for several calls,I decided well just give in,so the agreement was,They would send me a GE beings they had so many complaints,and not being very smart. I sent the money,but no television arrived. they were waiting for me to call again.

so I call,now they tell me they never made such agreement,and that I would be getting the same kind,so money is in the hand. they don't care if you get a nother,or if you are a satisfied custmor. you guys out there don't deal with RCA televisions,they are lemons and they do not back up what they say.I know,I've been there. go with off brands, they are better most likely.

In the end,it will take another 2 weeks to receive a replacement,and I have been dealing with these people since later part of sept.Good luck if you get anywhere with them,
