this company supposed to fight a moving violation ticket for you by declaration and get your case dismiss.
They supposed to win,  but what happen if they don't?
They say you get your money back.  that is a refund of only the part of the service charge.
so they out of the $250 they charge,   $150 is court fees so only $100 will be refund,  but that is not so sweet.
you will have to go to real court if they loose.  that is part of the deal with them.  then  if you got any reduce on the violation fee they will deduct it from the $100.  and that is not the end.
after you where found guilty in court, and no deduction on the citation fee was given by the court, you have to file with them request for a refund.   after you do,  you will get an E-mail from them that you did not provide a document within 10 days and the refund is canceled for good.
That is a trick they do to everybody,  it can be seen in "www.yelp.com/la"
I will fight them to the death,  they don't know who they are dealing with.  I already dispute it 3 times with MX as they keep on winning and convincing them they did everything right.  I file a complain with  BBB bureau, and I will look for any other palace to pay them back.
Stay away from these crooks.
