Ticketbust.com Scam Artists! Westlake village, California

My husband got a "red-light camera" ticket. The light was amber, but we live too far  away to go to the court. So we contacted Ticketbust.com., who promised, in their ad to "beat the ticket" or your money back . We paid $249 for the service. If they couldn't beat it, they would keep $100.

Well, they couldn't beat it, and we expected $149 back. They told us we'd have to go to the second step, which was to go to court. She assured me that the officer wouldn't show up, therefore our case would be dismissed. I reminded her that we lived 500 miles from the court which is why we used their services. Seems that if we couldn't comply with this next step, the money-back guarantee wouldn't apply.

Enraged, we read the contract. The phrase "will not qualify for our money-back guarantee appeared at least 6 times! Do yourself a favor and just pay the ticket. The ticket was $ 479. So, we're out that amount, plus the $249 from Ticketbust. Now another $52 for traffic school. Will write to the attorney general to apprise him of this  rip-off company.
