Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered 4 theater tickets, got an e-mail confirmation with a shipping date. My credit card was charged. Never recieved the tickets.
No reply from my service e-mail requests I sent to their e-mail address. No reply from my phone calls left on their ansewer machine.
Complete rip off!

So I never received my tickets and just prior to the event date I called my credit card company to dispute and request a refund. Ended up buying tickets at the box office when we arrived in New York.
After all I went through with this websight I just recieved a FedEx package including a copy of their terms and conditions, "Final demand for Payment" and a uncompleated "Affidavit of Complaint Small Claims" with a cover letter demanding for me to pay the original amount plus 45% in fees or be sued.
I now plan to contact the Nevada Attorney General to see what recourse I have.
