Meet with Tony to sell him a tv with an agreed appond price. Meet in a public place in the mall parking lot. After placing the tv in his car he had me money that was a lot less than agreed on and jump in his car and drive off. When I call he said he must have confused the deal with some other deal and would turn around. He did not answer his phone or return.
