total card, inc Total Card Inc. sent me a letter saying I owe money on an account with Merrick Bank. I have one account with Merrick and it is current. The number on paper sent is not the number with Merrick bank.. Sioux Falls South Dakots

I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed money on a credit card. The company is the Merrick Bank. I have an account with Merrick Bank but it is current. The account number that total card,Inc sent is NOT the number on my actual account with Merrick bank. My credit report is clear and I did have my social security number stolen recently. I am a senior citizen and receiving such information is so distressing.
