The company" Emblem Mastercard by total Cards, Inc.) is absolutely horrible to deal with.  Half the time their website to pay wouldn't let me log in even though my credentials were correct.  Calling them to get anything accomplished is impossible and every person I have ever spoken to has been very rude and unprofessional.  Then the nightmare began... I had my number taken when I ordered something on e-bay and they created a card with my number and were using it in Florida.  When I reported it to Emblem the hoops that they made me jump through were ridiculous.  First I was treated like a criminal.  They called me a liar and said because it was an actual card being used that the charges were mine.  I have never even been to Florida in my entire life.  I live in Colorado and had proof that I was at work during the times that the charges were made.  I filed a police report and submitted all required documents.  I have a file at least two inches thick of all the documents requested as well as the numerous phone calls that it took to get this somewhat resolved.  Then to top it off while they were investigating they told me that I had to make a payment on these items that or that they would report me late to the credit bureaus and I never carried a balance on my card I always paid in full so paying for fraud is ridiculous.  After over 5 months of struggling to get this resolved they finally removed the charges.  Then it was a matter of getting my money back that I paid so that it wouldn't be reported on my credit.  Here it is over a year has passed and I still do not have my money back.  AGAIN, HEED MY WARNING AND PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!!! If I could give negative stars I would.
