Jefferson capital made a offer to myself to pay $186 to settle a debt.  In return they gave me a credit card with a credit limit of $245 upon activating the card they took the $245 as was left with a maxed out card.  In the paper work there was nothing saying they would take the $245, that I would be free and clear of the debt with them.
