Towbin Dodge Deceptive practices, bait and switch, no follow through Henderson, Las Vegas Nevada

I went to Towbin Dodge's website to see what deals they had. I found a deal, They advertised new 2008 Caravans (last years models) for $13,999.00. I called, spoke to a woman whose name I didn't get, who told me that she would see if they still had them in stock. I waited a week and never heard back from her. I checked the website again, and they were still advertising the deal. I called again, spoke to a guy named Doug, explained what happened, and he told me that they didn't have any. I said I think you should take it off the website. He said I agree. He said that he would look to see what he could find for me. He did call me back, and told me that he could get me a van for just over $20,000.00. I said that is nothing near what you are advertising, and he should find me a better deal. He said he would and get back to me. That was three days ago, I've heard nothing. They are still advertising the Caravan for $13,999.00 on the front page of thier website. They draw you in with great deals, then they offer you a car for $6000.00 more. Waste of time, and liars!
