Paid 44,000 cash for 2006 dodge charger srt/8 had 9 mi. did not recieve ANY discounts. was told that tire warranty was included in sales price. 2 days later noticed front end damage under plate took car back fought for 3 mos. before replace front end. informed towbin that this wasnt the same car but got the run around at time of delivery it had 97 mi.

then went from the showroom to the back of lot till i picked up. had 3 tires that needed to be patched and had a tranny leak and new front clip. was told i had no tire coverage and wanted me to pay close to 350.00 for patching.

tried to charge me 197.00 for oil change. put on new clip. looks like hell. had no paper work. took car back. paint chipping peeling repainted and told that tires were rotated and another oil change. paid 100.00 tires were not rotated. front clip painted very badly with overspray all the way to the rear. bubbles. broken fog lamp 1 1/2 in gap between hood and fenders. front clip not lined up and flush. used wrong bolts on right side. car vibrates. electronic tire air reader not working. engine funny noise and misses.

called several, several times. no call back. no responce. 5 days ago, on freeway with 5 yr old son fast lane going 70 front end came loose. bolts broke causing severe difficulty in avoiding concrete barrier tapping brakes as car is trying to go side ways trying to pull all the over to right of freeway nearly avoiding 18 wheeler

finally got to emergency lane. got out. looked at front end. right turn signal popped out lost 2 lower vent covers. crawled under neath. all bolts under are snapped off. barely on pushed peices back and tucked in as good as i could to get car and friends and my son safely home. called TOWBIN next day. got no where and no return calls so now what do i do now?

YOU brought this on Yourself

AUTHOR: Cabron60638 - (U.S.A.)

This was you're doing I mean if you have $44,000 cash I know you're not slow or ignorant or anything.

First Mistake

Paying $44,000 for a USED DODGE. What were you thinking? How did you decide to hand over $44,000 of you're money for a USED Dodge.

Second Mistake

Buying a Car from a dealer with CHEESY informarcials. If they have infomarcials stay away.
