Trans Tech Merchant Group Got duped by deceptive sales person with hard to read contract. Cost me thousands. DON'T SIGN. Fort Worth, Texas

Was approached by a trans tech sales person who said they could save us money on our existing credit card transactions and also said they would pay off our existing contract with some one else. So, I signed the contract after going over it. Did I read every single word? No. Like a dummy I trusted her. She told me they would take care of my existing contract. Well, they didn't and when I called about it they gave me the run around and said I would have to pay it off and send them the proof and they would review it. That was the first lie. Then after using the service I found an excessive amount of charges on my account which amounted to over 4% of the transactions. Was supposed to be 1.9%. That was the second lie. Then they started taking extra charges at will for other annual fees. I waited until the 3 years was up. But because I did not give them 30 days notice on the exact date they automatically renewed it for an additional year. (fine print in the contract) Cost me another $600 to get out of the contract. Please beware of these people. They will soak you for all they can get.
