Travel Corp Getaways Reservation was noever confirmed after payment was made. Internet

I purchased a 5 day 4 night trip to Punta Cano, Domincan Republic for $599 through DealChicken in October 2015.  I redeemed it and had to fill ouot a Reservation Form, plus pay taxes on the hotel.  I sent in the form with reservations to reserations@travelcorpgetaways.com for May, but I never received any confirmation for the reservations.  After many calls, leaving messages, and no return calls, I finally made reservations elsewhere.  I even sent a letter to Travel Corp Getaways at PO Box 7203, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 which was returned to me.  The whole thing about this, is I have taveled using Travel Corp Getaways before.  If this is a scam, all I want is to be reimbursed what I paid for the trip and to warn others not to use this company.
