My boyfriend and I went looking for a reliable vehicle. We had tried many different places and Trucks Only seemed to have what we were looking for. While looking on the lot we walked past a vehicle we liked and the salesman proceeded to tell us that he wouldn't suggest that vehicle, because he has heard it had a lot of problems and he wouldn't sell us a vehicle with a lot of problems. We continued on our journey and found a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that we both liked and would be a nice fit for our family.

We signed all the documents beleiving we had a nice vehicle that we could rely on.We left the lot and on our way home noticed that the oil pressure would drop significantly every time the car would stop and when we got home we also noticed an oil leak. The next day we brought the car back and let them know about our concerns. They said, "Oh, bring it back tomorrow and we will have a look at it." We said ok and left. On the way home from the dealership the vehicle OVERHEATED and STALLED! We added some oil and coolant and hoped everything would be ok till the next day.

The following day the vehicle stalled again and the engine started smoking. We called the dealership and told them to come pick up the vehicle, because we no longer want it. They picked it up and we later found out that the vehicle had a blown engine. Now keep in mind, we got the vehicle on Wednesday and had a blown engine on Friday!

It was about a week before anyone started calling from the dealership. They had said the loan had gotten approved and would like to work something out. Once again in desperate need of a vehicle we said ok, but told them due to our experience we will not put any money down. They said ok and will work things out.

The sales man then proceeded to call us 6-8 times a day. He finally called with a vehicle that sounded ok. We then did the 45 minute drive to just get there and look at this vehicle he had found for us. The vehicle in question was a hideous gold PT Cruiser with lime green and neon orange flames painted on to the vehicle. We took one look at a vehicle and said no way.

The sales man said this is the only vehicle they could work out without a down payment. We asked about another truck on the lot the was $3,000 cheaper. He said no for some sort of reason or another. He kept trying to get us to buy the PT Cruiser. I told him for the type of money i'm going to spend on that thing, there is no way I'm going to buy it. So he then said, "Well you guys could save up about $300 and just get the front end repainted." I told him I want to like the car i'll be driving, he said well since you need a car so badly you shouldn't be to concerned with the appearence of it. We got up and left.

I would never suggest purchasing a vehicle from them. They screwed us over and don't even care. BEWARE OF TRUCKS ONLY! THEY ARE LOOKING TO RIP YOU OFF!
