Trucks Only ripoff Mesa Arizona

We bought a truck from this place back on 06/08/03. We were aproached by another sales man at the time of purchase with a brocher to purchase the extended warrenty. We were told in this this warranty will cost $1500.00 but will cover EVERYTHING including if my engine fails. He informed us that it does not cover front suspension and he crossed that off in the brocher.

After the purchase of the vechile trucks only agreed to fix my brakes, and allignment on this vechile. I was told to take my truck to Sears Auto and they would do the allignment I took the truck there and they had it for the day and was called and told they could not do the allignment since it had over size tires on the vechile.

I returned the vechile to trucks only for them to fix the brake problem an the allignment. I get a call that after noon stating my truck is done to come pick it up. I go down to pick it up and notice they rotated one rotar and the passenger side rotar was only turned 1/2 way with the old pads put back on. The passenger side brakes were not even touching when the brake was applied.

They also didn't do the allignment like they stated they would. So the next day I go down to Trucks only and asked if this is how they service vechile that they agree to fix. They asked me to bring it down the following week and they would take care of it. I took it down and when I got it home that afternoon I had new rotars and pads put on BUT the front tires on the outside walls looked like some one took a razor blade to both front tires.

I was also informed that the vechile needed to go to another shop because of problems that needed to be fixed prior to the allignment being done. I called trucks only and informed them I do not appreaciate my tires being sliced and I wanted them to replace them since my truck was left in there possesion. Two days later I had my truck back finally with the allignment done and new tires they put on.

On 09/08/03 my engine blew. We only have drove this vechile 3400 miles. I had antifreeze in the oil. I took it to coury GMC for repairs under the warranty and was told the warranty will not cover any damage to my vechile because of my neglect to maintain proper coolant. Coury informed me that I possibly have a cracked head or a blown head gasket. I took my vechile to another repair shop that is reputable and after starting the tear down they found the intake manifold failed and was corroded around the coolant ports. I was also told my fan clutch was out, water pump was seaping, and my a/c compressor was leaking.

I called the extended warranty place (Auto Service Company Inc) and informed them of the new issues that was found and I was informed that they will not cover my intake manifold nor the engine. But will only cover my waterpump if that is out, fan clutch, and a/c compressor.
I tried to inform the warranty place that we have not had this vechile for long only 3 months and 8 days and this is how the vechile was sold to us.

They informed me if my husband new how to read then maybe he would understand this warranty. I told the guy that I know their job is to deny as many claims as possible and pay out as little as possible. I also tried to tell them Trucks Only showed us the brocher of what was covered and that is how we were sold this extended warranty not the hole 4 page contract.

They informed me my husband needs to read before he signed his name.

After reading this warranty further they have lots of clauses in there that were not in the brocher when the vechile was sold.We can not sue this warranty because we have to go through there mediation and if we don't like what the answer is there we can go through there arbitration but I have to pay for my own attorney fees ect. I can not ask for those fees back.

Damage total to this vechile is over $5500.00 That does not include new plugs, wires, radiator (that is cooroded also)thermastat, cap and rotar plus more.
