*REBUTTAL Owner of company: This belt was backordered and has been shipped
I ordered a record player belt for 10$ plus 4$ shipping. It was only after it never came that I checked this website and sure enough. it is all true. No working phone or fax, no working email. Complete scam site that needs to be shut down. I will only shop amazon from now on.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
This belt was backordered and has been shipped
AUTHOR: Turntable Basics - ()
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, July 23, 2013
Turntable Basics has served more than 50,000 customers in the last 12+ years. I stock more than 300 products and from time to time, some items are backordered. In the past, when orders are backed up and production, packaging and shipping all need to completed, email has been allowed to fall by the wayside. This is a one person operation, and there usually are not enough hours in the day to remain caught up on daily and long-term business tasks, particularly during times when the house or the car have required extensive repairs. I convey my most sincere apologies for this lapse in judgment. Customer communications has been moved to the top of each day's priority list.
