I purchased items from www.turntablebasics.com and received a complimentary receipt for items purchased. My credit card was billed for these items, but I've yet to receive the items I purchased. The numbers listed on this website have been disconnected or is no longer in service (fax 651-286-0533. The number which appeared on my credit card receipt has also been disconnected 612-827-1878. Emails sent to the website posted tim@turntablebasics.com have gone unanswered. The U.S. Attorney Generals office needs to investigate this company. This scam has been going on for years and it doesn't appear any of the States Attorney Generals, the FCC or the US Attorney Generals offices has taken any action. BUYER BE WARE! I wished I had been warned and not scammed!

Turntable Basics has served more than 50,000 customers in the last 12+ years. I stock more than 300 products and from time to time, some items are backordered. In the past, when orders are backed up and production, packaging and shipping all need to completed, email has been allowed to fall by the wayside. This is a one person operation, and there usually are not enough hours in the day to remain caught up on daily and long-term business tasks, particularly during times when the house or the car have required extensive repairs. I would like to convey my most sincere apologies for this lapse in judgment. Customer communications has been moved to the top of each day's priority list.
