Stay away from Ty Cohen. He will promise you the world along with complete satisfaction or your money back. I bought his Kindle Cash Flow Program for about a thousand dollars. The DVDs he sent were a waste of time and full of wrong information. He didn't even know enough to explain how Kindle's KDP  lending program worked and that you can't participate in KDP if you publish elsewhere such as the Nook.

When I requested my money back he wrote me a nasty email and called me a thief and that I stole his information and now I want my money back--that is not how a professional works. I again requested a refund and he promised to credit my card once I returned the DVD's. I did that and he never credited my card. I contacted him again via his email and he said a check would be sent to my address.

Six emails later and still no refund. Do not deal with this guy. His information is inadequate and he is the one who is the thief.

We do offer our customers a YES or NO trial to our membership when they order certain items from us. You have the option of saying NO if you do not wish to join our membership program. We are totally transparent about it on our web page, and you are not forced into joining. As stated on our website and within the terms, if the trial is not canceled after the free 14 day trial period, you are then charged for the membership, which you can still cancel at any time and receive a full refund. Again, this is not a membership that you are forced to take.
