Ty Cohen - Platinum Millennium
I never purchased anything from this "person" or opted in. He has been spamming me nonstop with offers and won't remove my name from opt-out requests.
Ty Cohen is spamming illegally. There are numerous complaints about him and his marketing tactics online. Others have reported on Rip Off Report they have been scammed by him.
I would suggest that anyone who is having trouble like I am to file an online FTC complaint against him and his company. In addition, I would file a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General's office:
