Ultimate DVD Shop - DVD Avenue Canada Internet

We did not receive the items ordered until 2 weeks after we were told they would be delivered. Items were received but damaged AND not at all what was advertised. A 48 disc set of 112 episodes (brand new and sealed) was advertised but what we received were 4 discs that would not even play, 32 episodes that were recorded twice, and the recordings were from the tv channels TVLand, Hallmark, and WGN...complete with commercials. Of course, have been trying to contact (by e-mail, phone, etc.) and getting absolutely nowehere!!!
