I filed a complaint with the Royal Canandian mountain police after I found an article about 8 being arrested with pirated dvd's. He couldn't tell me if the people arrested had anything to do with this site, because they had not been charged yet, but did tell me that many people had called them with complaints with this site and all of their sister sites. Hopefully they will be shut down for selling illegal goods, and most of the time not sending them at all.

I also filed a report with the motion picture association for piracy of a television show. I saved a "online Chat" with one of the customer service reps. stating that the shows are taped off of the television. She also claimed the quality was an 8 on a scale of 1-10. She tried to claim this is legal, because they have a licensed manufacturer and they only retail them. Why would any television studio allow some one to tape the show off of the television and not get a cut of the money. It is illegal to sell items that have copyright infringements.

If you have ordered items from this company you need to dispute the charge with you bank or credit card company as soon as possible, because they will try to stall you until it is too late to file a dispute with your credit card company. Most companies are 60-90 days, but check with your own bank.
