UniformDiscount.Com Paid $78.87 for products not received. Not answering telephone Internet

    I ordered scrub pants for a total of $78.87 from UniformDiscount.Com on 5/28/2011.  My credit card was charged for the same amount on 5/31/2011.  Received 2 emails confirming order.  Contacted company by telephone after 2 weeks.  I was told by a female that the scrub pants were being direct shipped by the manufacturer.  After several more weeks, called and spoke to a man calling himself, Brett.  Brett informed me that they only sell from inventory and he didn't know why I was told the items were be shipped from the manufacturer.  He stated that if I could wait another couple of weeks, the merchandise would be sent to me.  
    I have not received these items or a credit  for $78.87.  I contacted the BBB in Ohio in July and have still had no resolution.  I have left numerous messages and have received no replies.  I frequently order on line and have never had this happen before.
      At this point I am considering this to be a "scam".
