United Air Comfort ripoff did not show did not care San Diego California

I set up an appointment.... 8:00am - 12:00pm. I took work off and waited, and waited! 4 hours! No one showed.

I called approx 45 minutes after 12:00. Their response was that they called to say they were late but the line was busy. Maybe, but I should not have to schedule my whole morning around what they may, or may not do. I have to work. I stayed home and fuflilled my end of the appointment. They did not.

I wonder if they had to take work off, use a personal day, or use a vacation day, if they would not be bothered. I think most people would prefer to spend their time doing something other than wait for a no show from a company that doesn't care about their customers.

Do not use this company for any service unless you prefer lousy service from an uncompassionate management.
