I faxed in the cancellation notice to United Cash Loans but they sitll withdrew from my account, when I called them they said they never recieved it. However, I have the fax journal confirmation saying that it was processed to their fax machine. When asked about what they would do for me they said it was not their problem they didnt recieve it. I asked how I was ever supposed to pay off a loan if they arent recieving my fax and the agent simply said "that is not my problem"

Beware everyone who is looking for fast quick cash and who doesnt have the best credit. they will get you and suck you in to what you think is a great deal. Also, for reference I got a loan through united cash loans using the application process through mypaydayloan.com. I have included there information above

ashlee,i suggest closing your account right away.so they can't take any more from you.this may also get their attention to stop playing it's not problem games .all this is doing is stalling time so they can charge you more interest on your loan.i had to do this my self and it the only way. it also drove me to seek legal help. good luck, james m.
