My own experience with (U.S.O.A.) I have to say unfortunately, is much as the same. On Jan -28th 2007 now 15 months ago. I was approached by a U.S.O.A. employee offering pictures with a gauranteed appt for a 10.00 sitting fee to hold your appt. I was like ok sure . At the time my husband was in Iraq and thought it would be a good gift for him when he was due to come back in a few months. What a mistake that was. Apon goin to pick up my pictures everything was nice looking and up on a display board. after an hr of talking with the woman offering me my package choices. I decided on 13 sheets of my two girls and I along with 2 10x13 canvas'.

At the that time I wrote 2 checks as was told to 1 was for $200.00 and the second I was told to post date, it was for $185.00. Paying a total of $385.00 I received my 13 sheets 2 wks later & was told my canvas portraits would be sent in the mail to my home with-in 6-8 wks. Needless to say I never received my portraits as planned to give to my husband for a welcome home gift.

Stated on my receipt all pictures are gauranteed what a crock of B.S. . I have contacted this company 15 times have spoken with a super at least 6 times have rec 2 call backs stating lab was waiting on the frames. but thats as far as it gets. My last call was 1 mo. ago Mngr stated would check lab I told her pics are destroyed after 90 days so I no there is nothing to print she told me she would get me some certificates on top of my canvas pics and would call me back.

Well this time no call back also when trying to call comp today, I got an answering machine this was a first. The machine stated no comp name. Oh not to mention I will be goin to the Groc store in which they solicited at to tell them about this as they have been back again the same company once again to rip off more people. I told them this time Hell no your comp is a ripp off and a fraud.
