We had our family pictures taken in the Newgate Mall in Ogden UT in March of 2008. We were scheduled to pick up the pictures on April 12th, 2008. We were not able to make the pick up date so we notified the company and they informed us we would be able to get the pictures through the mail, once the company recieved them back.

So the next month, I called the company and they said they would get the pictures mailed out as soon as possible. and to give it at least 2 weeks. 3 weeks later i called the company again and they told me the pictures were mailed.

The next month I called again and the department told me the pictures were never printed, but they would get them printed right away and mail them out. The next month I called again and was once again told the same thing... the pictures were never printed and would be mailed out right away.

The next month I called again, and they told me they were mailing the pictures that day. 2 weeks later I recieved a phone call saying they had accidentaly mailed out the wrong pictures and to just 'return to sender' when i recieved the pictures back to them. Then once they recieved the pictures, they would be able to mail my pictures to us.

3 weeks later, I recieved another package in the mail and they had once again mailed out the wrong pictures to us. I once again called them and they told me that this never happens and they would get the correct pictures to me. At that point I asked if they even knew where my pictures really were at and the lady told me 'if you want to describe yourselves, I will go and look through the pictures to find the right ones'. I told the company to forget it because it has now been 6 months and they still couldn't find our pictures and to just give us a refund.

I was told the the refund had to be approved through the company and someone would be in contact with me. That was over 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard from anyone in the company. I want the company to find MY pictures and get them to me. I alway want a refund of my money.

Each time I called, they had no record of me calling before and I talked to someone different each time. Each supervisor I talked to was 'let go' by the next time I had called in. This is the most unorganized and dishonest company I have ever worked with. I will never use or recommend them to anyone and will continue to tell how bad they are every chance I get.
