UNUM Provident RIPOFF CONSPIRACY Repeated denial of UNUM Disability Benefits and doctors even after approved for Social Security Disability Benefits Chattanooga Tennessee

I have continually been denied Disability benefits thru my self-paid UNUM-Provident Ins Co thru HCA-Columbia Hospitals for the past 4+ years.

UNUM lost all my claim forms 3 times-- which had to be resubmitted (with physician records, etc). UNUM moved their district offices from Atlanta to Chattanooga and lost the new records again, in the transfer. I was paid for 4 months disability awaiting final approval of UNUM... all I received in that time was only AL unemployment compensation.

My former employer Crestwood Med Ctr Hospital said they would help me to get my disability insurance from UNUM. (A few years ago, I found out there is a nationwide conspiracy between hospital chains and UNUM "TO DENY BENEFITS" almost totally for any or every reason!! Being married with my wife having M.S. and on Social Security benefits, buying a home and cars, etc. I had to cash in my 401K's and ESOPs. I did not see a medical doctor for my disability since me and my family no longer had medical health insurance.

My particular case was "reviewed" by UNUM's so-called review board of physicians. I was denied UNUM benefits due to the fact that I was no longer seeing a physician or taking my medication or the fact that UNUM was not able to get all my medical records from ALL my 24 physicians, hospitals and clinics even tho I had signed patient information record release forms for all of them. Each time I tried to fulfill all the UNUM requirements. I provided proof of disability from Social Security and my docs. UNUM claimed they did not receive it (I sent by Certified and Registered US Mail) and would drop my case each time after the 30-day time period.

I got a law group JONATHAN W. GAITHINGS & ASSOC in Birmingham, AL to join others in a class-actionsuit against UNUM-Provident.

I submitted reams of records, forms sent to UNUM, physician and hospital records, SS Disability approval to Mr Gaithings after many months of waiting I got a telephone call from the law group saying that "You and your wife's monthly Social Security Disability benefits paid to you exceed the amount that UNUM would match to reach your 60% of your salary as a Registered Medical Technologist".

Personally, I think this law group was paid off by UNUM/Provident to drop my case, just as UNUM does to hospital employers and physicians. UNUM-Provident Group is the world's largest carrier-underwriter for MALPRACTICE and NEGLIGENT HOSPITAL & PHYSICIAN Coverage. I have filed fraud claims with Consumer Ins Division of the state of TN and the UNUM home offices in Portland, ME.

I am filing a new appeal to Mr Senators of AL; Senator Richard Shelby and Jeff Sessions and Rep. "Bud" Cramer in Washington. They helped me in the past with a + $600.00 claim that AT&T claimed I owed them for a 90 minute-computer download by my kids on an unknowing internation phone call to the Nuie Isalands near Austalia.

I urge you all to file an on-line a F.T.C. (Fed. Trade Comm) Complaint Form. I did this for my A.T.&T, Video Professor Rip-Off Scam, and the class action suit at Urban-Q Rebate.com which I also won. Please contact your Senators and Representatives in Washington since this case is even bigger than HealthSouth, WorldCom and Enron conspiracies. With help we all will succed. Thanks
