Urban Nutrition ACM Arctic Essentials cannot reach them by phone for the last 2 weeks/do not answer my e-mails/have charged me for a shipment I never received I have been ignored/cheated/deceived/made to feel like an idiot for ever order I have no idea, New Jersey

I ordered Arctic Essentials Omega-3 program by phone in November, 2010 and received the shipment of 3-months worth of the Omega-3 capsules onNovember 20, 2010.

I was charged $157.80 ($149.80 for the product, and $7.95 for shipping and handling). My credit card was billed $7.95 at time of shipment, and$49.95 on December 19, 2010.

I will be billed $49.95 on January 18, 2011 and the same amount on Feb 17, 2011. My 30-day risk trial ended on December 18.

I want to cancel my subscription, and have been trying for the last3 weeks to get in touch with this company. I have tried their customer service web site and their 2 phone numbers every day for the last 2 weeks.

If I don't cancel, I will continue to receive this product - and my credit card will be charged. I just want to cancel my subscription - and have no idea how to get hold of these people.

I feel they are avoiding me!!
