UrbanQ won't send me my Qbate checks

UrbanQ owes me almost $3,500 of rebates from purchases made in June 2001 and up to now they still can't give me even an estimate date when they'll send me my checks. I've sent them numerous emails and even contacted them on the phone once but all they give me are standardized responses saying there was a problem with their check printing department and they've lost track of the people they've already sent checks to and they need sufficient time to correct the problem. My checks were supposed to be due last Oct.15 and it's already past the middle of February and there's still nothing. Please help. I really need the money very badly. I've been laid off from work hence have not been able to enroll in school this term. I want to enroll this spring term and I'm counting on my qbate checks so I can register.
