Valentine and Kebartas ripoff Illegal phone harassment of family members of collectees Lawrence Massachusetts

This company took over an account of mine from a company I will decline to mention. I was having a major problem with the company that my account was through and they ended up turning it over to these people. My parents started receiving harrassing phone calls daily from some woman Belinda who not only refused to stop calling when my parents told her to stop (I have not lived at their address in almost 5 years and my account was only open for 3 so I never even provided their information), but she also preceeded to give ALL of my account information and details on the collections to my parents threatening them that she was taking me to court if I did not contact her.

She then proceeded to call my job repeatedly and leave messages not only in my personal work voicemail but also my company's main voicemail to which my boss and several managers only have access. My boss came to me and threatend that if the calls continued I would be fired. I called and told her to stop calling my work and leaving juvinile and threatening messages to which she did not listen and the calls continued for several days until I called her again and told her that if she called any number other than my home phone I was forwarding everything to the authorites.

I understand they have a job to do, however, I refuse to call them to discuss the matter due to their attitudes. I would rather destroy my credit than give them a dime.
