Valentine And Kebartas EXTREME verbal harrassment and degradation Lawrence Massachusetts

I have an out-standing bill with Dell Computers. This Valentine and Kebartas, Inc. is handling the account for Dell in a very unprofessional manner.

They have harrassed me over the phone at home and at work. They have referred to me as ignorant and stupid, which I am not! They have threatened me with court litigation and garnishment. This was from the very first all I received from them and after I paid an initial $500.00 payment and set three other payments to close the debt by April 25, 2008. The second payment was never processed by them on March 4, 2008 and now they have all my banking information.

When I called them about the non-process of payment, they had no record of such. I said, "That's funny the man I gave my information to made it very clear that the call was being recorded and repeated all my information back to me for verification. I said that's fine." Now I may have to close my bank account and open a new one just for safety because someone at this office has my banking information!!!

Needless to say, I am calling Dell Computers today to see what can be done about the bill. I will not deal with this company again.
