  purchased a wood burning stove November 15th of 2013 . we asked when we still would be delivered in there explain to us that it would be at least 2 to 3 weeks before it was delivered we're still waiting for the stove. still waiting for the stove to be delivered we've called and talked to customer service customer service told us that it would be here by this Friday! its Saturday the 21st and we're still waiting for the stove to be delivered which now after reading reports on Ripoff Report I see that that would probably won't get the stove. and reading all the history of this company I take it we won't get a refund or cancellation on our. meanwhile we're sitting here with no heater in our house waiting for would still that's not going to b e delivered.
