I then got my bank statement and wow over charged.  The site says that the charge is $19.95 usd as did the emailed receipt that was sent to me.  The receipt says that it will be billed under www.zml.com but in fact it shows as "filmsarehere.com and for $28.71 plus a fee billed by my card company for $1.42. (Foreign Trans fee)  I went to the contact link and sent in a complaint and request for refund and got an email with link to my complaint resolution page.  The link doesn't work even when copied and pasted.  I went to the site again and read the terms and discovered that this rip off company is in Russia.  I had to cancel my credit card to prevent them from continuing to charge me.  I am currently waiting on a charge back to be processed by the bank so I can recover the money that was stolen from me.  The Russian company will not respond and all that comes in is automatic email replies.
