They screwed up the original order. They did one tape right, apologized, then produced faulty DVDs , which I returned with the original tapes for reprocessing.They appear to have lost the precious tapes entrusted to them for transfer of reminiscences by now dead grandparents of what their lives were like and the changes they saw. Despite repeated calls and emails over several months this year, I never heard from them again. They should be shut down.
