Last fall I sent several VHS tapes to Video Silo to have DVD's made. One of these tapes was of me as a child, dated 1940-1944. I had 5 copies of this particular tape made to give to my children as gifts on my birthday. Only 1 tape was correct, the other 4 were returned to me because they were copies of one of the Australian tapes we had sent. I then checked out all tapes and sure enough I did not have the copies I had requested.

I have now sent 2 emails to Video Silo requesting correction of the problem at their expense and have received no response. Now after seeing problems others are having, I do not want to return the original tape but want my money back.
